Over the years, we have stood out as pioneers in implementing strategies that reduce the impact of our daily operations and generate environmentally friendly resources. x From the moment you arrive at our facilities, you will be able to identify the characteristics that make us unique:<\/p>\n

  • Electric Vehicle Charging Stations: We recognize the growing environmental awareness and trend toward electric vehicles, so we offer charging stations to meet the needs of our visitors.<\/li>\n
  • Natural Lighting and Energy Efficiency: Our intelligent design takes advantage of natural lighting and uses reflective ceilings and sunshades to mitigate heat, saving energy on cooling systems.<\/li>\n
  • Executive Rooms with Sustainable Technology: Our 6 Executive Rooms offer
    comfort and freshness, with LED lighting systems and motion sensors that optimize the use of resources.<\/li>\n
  • Efficient Water Management: We implemented faucet systems with automatic opening and closing for a responsible use of water resources. automatic faucet systems for a responsible use of water resources. In addition, we reuse rainwater to cool the air conditioning and feed irrigation systems, processing the water in our treatment plant with a capacity of 400 cubic meters per day.<\/li>\n
  • Social Responsibility: Beyond the structural, we contribute to social welfare by donating unconsumed food to local organizations, avoiding waste and optimizing resources.     We maintain a close relationship with various governmental entities, such as the Municipal Police and the Fire Department of Costa Rica, offering our facilities for training, workshops and activities that promote a sustainable productive chain, benefiting the community and the country in general, ranging in size and complexity from board meetings to large conferences and conventions. It is essential that these events are held in a suitable venue that can provide modern infrastructure, advanced technology, a good location and a wide range of additional services.
